We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the branding, marketing, events, and public relations strategy for our Industrial Park. This role is responsible for positioning the park as a preferred location for businesses, enhancing its visibility, and building strong stakeholder engagement throughout its development and growth phases.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can craft compelling narratives around infrastructure, facilities, sustainability features, and community benefits of the parkwhile executing campaigns and events that build awareness and interest among target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Positioning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the industrial park throughout its planning, development, and operational stages.
- Highlight infrastructure strengths, master plan features, connectivity, and unique amenities in all communications.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor positioning, emerging trends, and potential target sectors.
Branding & Communication
- Build and maintain a cohesive brand identity for the park across all platforms.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials brochures, master plan presentations, development updates, videos, and project showcases.
- Manage the parks digital channels including website, SEO, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
Events Management
- Plan and execute launch events, stakeholder briefings, industry exhibitions, and on-site showcases to promote the park.
- Create and manage an annual events calendar aligned to key project milestones.
- Coordinate with project teams to organize construction milestone events, groundbreakings, and completion ceremonies.
Public Relations (PR)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, trade publications, and local press.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and project updates.
- Manage positive media coverage and position the industrial park as a landmark development.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with local authorities, development partners, community leaders, and industry associations to promote the project.
- Organize site visits, tours, and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Develop informational content to keep stakeholders updated on development progress.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, events, and PR initiatives.
- Report regularly to senior management on performance, market response, and brand perception.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strong event planning and vendor management skills.
- Solid understanding of media relations and press engagement strategies.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and media.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute end-to-end projects under tight deadlines.
