Manager/Head - Finance - CA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead end-to-end financial operations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership and manage financial planning, compliance, and fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee complete finance and accounting operations

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory laws, and audits

- Handle fundraising activities, investor relations, and financial strategy

- Drive financial reporting, MIS, and performance analysis

- Lead cash flow management and optimize working capital

- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies

- Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls

- Act as a Finance Head, supporting business decision-making

Requirements

- Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred

- Proven experience as Finance Manager / Controller / Finance Head

- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and fundraising

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

- Experience in handling end-to-end finance function
