Role Summary:
- We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Leader (Manager / Head / Director level) with a strong background in Global Capability Center , IT/AI services, consulting, or to lead the business development efforts of our GCC build-out services across EMEA, USA, and the UK.
- The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in consultative B2B sales, specifically in GCCs, offshoring, AI services, Saas ,enterprise solutions, or managed services.
- This is a high-impact role responsible for driving new client acquisition, building a global sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for HYI.
- AI's GCC and AI offerings in EMEA, USA, and the UK markets.
- Drive full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal, negotiation, closing.
- Generate high-quality leads and build a qualified sales pipeline through outbound and partner channels.
- Understand customer pain points and design tailored solutions involving offshore GCCs and AI-driven capability centers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding.
- Provide market insights and feedback to guide product and service development.
- AI at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings in your assigned region.
- Build and lead a high-performing international sales team over time (if Director-level or above).
- Sales Strategy & Market Development.
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Global capability builds in EMEA, UK, and North America.
- Identify and develop target client profiles - from tech founders to enterprise COOs, CTOs, Heads of Shared Services.
- Business Development & Client Acquisition.
- Generate and nurture high-value B2B sales leads via outbound, partnerships, events, and referrals.
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles, including discovery, proposal creation, solution workshops, and commercial negotiations.
- Build and own a strong sales pipeline with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Solution Design & Partnership Building.
- Work with internal delivery, talent, and operations teams to co-design custom GCC/AI build models tailored to client needs.
- Establish partnerships with local advisors, ecosystem players, and alliances to scale market access.
- Drive thought leadership in client conversations on offshoring strategy, AI integration, and cost optimization models.
