Manager/Head Commercial (Overseas Markets)
Role Purpose
Lead and grow the organizations international business by driving profitable sales, strategic partnerships, pricing excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across global markets.
Key Focus Areas:
- International Commercial Management Oversee pricing, discounts, and contracts to maintain healthy margins.
- Ensure all EXIM, FEMA, and statutory guidelines are met; interact with banks and regulatory bodies.
- Export Operations & Logistics
- Monitor receivables, reduce AR days, manage forex transactions, and control operational costs (Opex).
- Drive automation and digital initiatives to make export and commercial operations faster and more efficient.
