The role is with the Corporate Office of a large Sales Organization. Job Description : 1. Drafting of Advisory Reports for the following issues: - Treatment of Sale of Vouchers, - Advisory on the reversal of Input tax credit on account of exempt supplies, - Applicability of Reverse Charge Mechanism for logistic company on import of freight service, - Treatment of Reimbursement : whether it is exempt supply or not, - Applicability of TCS Provisions, its retrospective effect and method of late payment of TCS. 2. Handling the litigation with respect to summons for mismatch in ITC claimed and reflecting in GSTR2A / GSTR 2B, mismatch in outward supplies, etc. 3. Handling the working of reversal of Input Tax Credit on sale of capital goods. 4. Working out the ITC to be claimed if the supply used for the purpose of business and partly for other purpose. 5. Filing of refund application (including which are filed beyond 2 years on the ground of limitation period provided by supreme court) under GST on the following grounds : - Excess Payment of tax. - Export of Goods/Services without payment of taxes - Others (e.g. Wrong payment of tax) 6. Working on GST Appeal such as filing of Form GST APL-01 against the rejection of Refund order. 7. Preparing all working papers / documents for different types of notices received on GST Portal. 8. Worked on refund application under SEIS (Services Export from India Scheme) (SEIS) such as preparing refund application, gathering and providing all documents / information, reply to every queries, etc. 9. Handing refund of accumulated Input Tax Credit which is exclusively used for the export of services under Letter of undertaking method. - Filing refund application of Input Tax credit along with the various types of forms prescribed under the GST Act. - Preparing reconciliations sheets between GSTR 2A and books of accounts and provide the requisite sheets for the follow-up for these differences. - Handling accounting entries for the Invoices raised to vendors and bills received from the suppliers.
