About the Role
- We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive talent growth across digital channels.
- You'll lead campaigns across email, paid media, job boards - testing, optimizing, and scaling creative ways to grow Turing's supply pool.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth, and ambiguous environment. While some management may be a part of the role, this role is primarily for a "doer" individual contributor.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to acquire and activate talent, ranging from software engineers to PhD level physicists and chemists
- Manage performance across email, paid media, new job boards, and partnerships.
- Run experiments to uncover new growth levers and optimize ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and drive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Growth teams to improve funnel performance.
Required Skills:
- 7-8+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication, especially to review copy.
- Hands-on and enjoys being in the weeds with paid ads, and email automation tools.
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong experimentation skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in high-growth startups or marketplaces is a plus.
- Preferred pedigree: IITs, IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, MDI, JBIMS, IIFT,
- Bonus: experience running large campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed job postings.
