Growth Lead :
- Own end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, and retention, with full accountability for numbers and outcomes.
- Drive execution through agencies and partners, ensure speed, quality, and accountability across all channels
- Own the core metrics: traffic, installs, CAC, conversion, retention, and LTV
- Leverage AI tools to improve targeting, automation, creative testing, and decision-making
- Build and scale performance marketing (app) with a strong focus on ROI and unit economics
- Track and manage marketing performance and budgets across channels, ensuring efficient spend and clear ROI
- Crack non-paid growth: ASO, GEO, AEO, drive sustainable and scalable channels
- Own lifecycle (CRM, push, email, WhatsApp) to maximize repeat, frequency, and LTV
- Gamification: implement and manage gamified features such as point systems, cashback, and rewards to drive user acquisition and daily retention
Requirement :
56+ years in growth/performance marketing/martech roles, with strong ownership of business metrics in high-growth or startup environments.
- Deep understanding of app growth, attribution, and analytics. Strong execution mindset with the ability to move fast and deliver measurable impact.
