Looking at someone who can own account-based marketing, persona-driven content direction, branding, and marketing operations. Ensure campaigns resonate with ICPs, strengthen brand equity, and reporting shows clear ROI.

Responsibilities:

ABM Programs:

- Define ICP, persona mapping, and account targeting with Sales.

- Run ABM campaigns (email nurtures, SDR alignment, events, social amplification).

- Build account-level dashboards to track engagement and pipeline movement.

Content Strategy & Messaging:

- Guide persona-based content briefs (ads, nurture emails, landing pages, case studies).

- Align messaging with industry use cases (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare).

- Work with the content/SEO team to deliver conversion-ready assets.

Marketing Operations & Analytics:

- Manage CRM & automation workflows (HubSpot).

- Ensure lead scoring, routing, and attribution accuracy.

- Build dashboards for CEO/AVP Sales to track pipeline impact.

Branding & Communications:

- Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, Website, events, and social channels.

- Collaborate on PR, thought leadership and analyst engagement initiatives.

- Partner with design and content teams to evolve brand storytelling and positioning.

Collaboration:

- Partner with Performance Lead on campaign execution (ads + landing pages + nurture).

- Enable SDRs with account insights & campaign messaging.

Success Metrics:

- ABM Engagement: Account level opens, clicks, SDR connects.

- Attribution Accuracy: MQL - SQL conversion and ROI visibility.

- Content Effectiveness: CTR, conversion lift, engagement by persona.

- Ops Hygiene: CRM health, lead routing accuracy.

- Brand Impact: Consistency in messaging, improved brand recall in ICP accounts

What We're Looking For:

- 8 to 9 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.

- Proven success in ABM program design and execution.

- Strong content strategy and persona based messaging experience.

- Hands on with HubSpot for CRM/automation.

- Exposure to brand building and marketing communications.

- Strong collaborator with Sales, SDRs, and Content/SEO teams.
