What you'll do As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge on user acquisition, retention, and full-funnel growth across all major channels - digital and offline. This role is built for someone who knows how to get into the weeds with campaigns but also step back and think strategy. Over the next two years, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team of sharp, high-performing marketers.
Your responsibilities will include
- Driving acquisition and retention across D2C, quick commerce, marketplaces, and offline channels
- Managing CRM and setting up campaigns and journeys that improve customer LTV and loyalty
- Running and optimizing performance campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, influencer and affiliate channels
- Planning platform-specific strategies for online platforms
- Testing creative, copy, and user flows to improve conversion and retention
- Working closely with founders and product teams to shape growth experiments What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in D2C, FMCG, or consumer tech
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and lifecycle marketing
- A data-driven mindset with comfort in metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience in leading paid campaigns across digital platforms
- Clear communication and collaborative working style
- Ambition to take on team leadership within 1 to 2 years
