We are hiring - Manager, Growth (early-stage 01).
Do you combine marketing channels with product and data to drive real user growth? Can you find the pockets of high-performing users, diagnose leaky funnels, and build retention systems that scale? We want a self-starter who's been in the trenches at a startup and can show measurable impact from growth experiments.What you'll own:
1. Design and run acquisition experiments across channels (paid organic).
2. Use product marketing data to identify high-value cohorts and growth levers.
3. Build onboarding amp; retention frameworks (CRM, lifecycle messaging, engagement flows).
4. Own metrics and drive AB testing, cohort analysis, and funnel fixes.
5. Deliver an exceptional customer experience obsession with delighting users.
You should have startup growth experience, strong analytics, and hands-on CRM amp; retention expertise. If you built the growth function at an early-stage company, even better.
