Manager - Growth & Partnerships - AI Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Client Growth:
- Engage enterprise clients to identify AI automation opportunities and translate them into business cases.
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposal coordination, and client onboarding.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to co-create outcome-driven use cases for each client.
- Track client KPIs, ensure adoption success, and proactively drive account growth. Ecosystem Development
- Lead the company's growing network of strategic partners to activate, train, and co-sell.
- Manage partner onboarding, including enablement sessions, collateral sharing, and pipeline reviews.
- Identify new channel segments (digital agencies, tech integrators, consultancies) to expand reach.
- Coordinate between internal teams and partners for seamless pre-sales and implementation support.
- Maintain transparent communication with partners on pricing models, lead sharing, and incentives.
Who You Are:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in client-facing, partnerships, or pre-sales roles; ideally in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech.
- Understanding of how AI or automation technologies can impact business outcomes.
- Excellent communicator; able to simplify complex ideas and engage CXO-level clients confidently.
- Based in Mumbai and comfortable meeting enterprise clients (including CXOs) and strategic partners in person or virtually
- Curious, entrepreneurial, problem solver who is excited to build something from the ground up.
