About the Role:
We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and entrepreneurial Growth & Marketing Leader to take the reins of our customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth efforts. You'll own the full marketing funnel-from crafting go-to-market strategies to executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
As a key member of the leadership team, you'll collaborate closely with product, sales, design, and analytics to align marketing efforts with company goals. You'll bring a mix of strategic vision and hands-on hustle to accelerate growth and scale impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the growth strategy across paid, organic, product-led, and brand marketing channels.
- Design and execute full-funnel campaigns that attract, engage, convert, and retain customers.
- Optimize the marketing stack, CRM, and analytics tools to track ROI and campaign performance.
- Identify and test new channels for customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth and marketing team (or manage agency relationships).
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on performance regularly.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, consumer behavior, and industry innovation.
