About:
- We are seeking an experienced Group Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple textile manufacturing units.
- The role will drive strategic planning, procurement excellence, production coordination, inventory control, logistics efficiency, and cost optimization while ensuring seamless collaboration between manufacturing, sales, and finance.
- The incumbent will design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and lead the Sales and Operations Planning process to balance demand and capacity.
- A key focus will be securing reliable sourcing of yarn, fabric, dyes, chemicals, and accessories while developing strong vendor partnerships and negotiating favorable commercial terms.
- Close coordination with plant leadership is required to guarantee uninterrupted material availability and adherence to production schedules.
- The position also carries responsibility for maintaining optimum stock levels, reducing working capital, improving inventory accuracy, and preventing obsolescence through structured control mechanisms.
- You will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, freight management, and on-time delivery performance for domestic and export markets.
- Continuous monitoring of KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, procurement savings, and lead times will be essential to drive improvement initiatives.
- The role demands proactive risk identification, contingency planning, and adoption of technology platforms including ERP systems to strengthen visibility and reporting. Strong leadership capability is vital to guide cross-functional teams, develop talent pipelines, and build a performance-driven culture that supports sustainable growth, operational resilience, and long-term value creation.
