Main Purpose of Job (Why job exists/what it must achieve)  Initial HO Assignment:  - Study, Bench mark, Design suitable sales process for the entire sales operations   - After assignment in assigned in field function   - Supervise the marketing and sales function of the assigned territory, study and analyze movements in the market/ competitor moves, manage existing customers and generate new business within an aim to enhance Apollo's market leadership and grow new markets within the overall business strategy of the company  Initial 2 year head office assignment:  - Revitalisation of Sales Process, Reengineering of current Sales System and Develop the best sales strategy   - Study existing practices and benchmarking with the best organizations to create unique Apollo sales model to meet future challenges  - Standardisation, Documentation and ensure Uniform implementation of revised sales model across geographies- Skill gap identification and energize existing sales organization to sustain the revised sales system.   On field assignments after 2 years:  - Strategy Development: Support the overall strategy planning process of the specific territory, align marketing objectives with the overall organizational objectives and vision of the organization Market Development.   - Source and analyze market data, identify bottlenecks and issues, track developments in technology, supervise implementation of new systems and processes in the selling and marketing model, supervise the tracking of dealer networks, secondary sales and CRM initiatives, develop emerging market segments  - Sales Organization Development: Lead the process that tracks sales performance, controls deviations and takes corrective action, organize customer satisfaction and dealer satisfaction studies, develop modules for training and development, initiative projects to enhance the existing sales processes, structures and systems   - People Development: Participate in the recruitment process, allocate targets, track, monitor, review and guide performance, provide developmental feedback, suggest training programs and facilitate the developmental process, provide a sense of security and motivate.   KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role) & Dimensions:  - On field assignment   - Business Development  - Commercial discipline  - Demand Vs.
