Superior Position Title: Associate Vice President - Group Leadership & Talent

1. JOB PURPOSE:

This role will play a key part in shaping the leadership pipeline by designing engaging learning experiences, managing communication strategies, and curating impactful content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership development, strong communication skills, and a flair for storytelling and program management

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Content Creation & Curation

- Design and develop high-quality learning content (presentations, videos, toolkits, playbooks) aligned with leadership development goals.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to curate relevant leadership materials and resources.

- Translate complex leadership concepts into engaging and accessible formats.


2. Communication Management


- Craft compelling internal communication campaigns to promote leadership programs and initiatives.


- Manage communication calendars, newsletters, and digital channels (e.g., intranet, emailers, Yammer).

- Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all leadership development communications.


3. Learning Experience Design

- Support the design and delivery of immersive learning journeys for emerging and mid- level leaders.

- Leverage digital tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, virtual classrooms, simulations) to enhance learner engagement.

- Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve learning experiences.


4. Group Induction Program Management


- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of the Group Induction Program for new joiners.

- Liaise with business units, facilitators, and speakers to ensure seamless delivery.

- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on feedback and analytics.


5. Digital Learning

- Manage and maintain digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS) to ensure seamless access to leadership development content.

- Curate content in line with the business needs and identified leadership needs

- Upload, organize, and track learning modules, assessments, and learner progress.

- Analyze learning data and generate reports to measure impact and engagement.

- Create strategies & work with Group L&D leaders to increase adoption & usage of the learning platforms


4. MAJOR CHALLENGES

- Navigating and coordinating with numerous senior-level stakeholders.

- Accurately identifying and securing appropriate resources to meet specific requirements.

Educational Qualifications: Masters in management

Functional Skills & Behavioral Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or other design tools; experience with LMS platforms

- Familiarity with digital learning tools

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data and insights.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.


Relevant and total years of Experience

Work Experience

- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Content design or related HR disciplines.
