We are hiring a Manager- Government Relations and Partnerships for our client company, a leader in the social service sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for vocational education programs in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
- Develop and execute state-level roadmaps under Samagra Shiksha and align with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023.
- Build partnerships with government bodies, non-profits, CSR organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison with state education departments and advocate for policy reforms.
- Strengthen engagement with NSDC, Sector Skill Councils, SCERT, Boards, and other institutions.
- Lead stakeholder meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
- Manage PMU teams, ensure quality delivery, and implement monitoring frameworks.
- Drive internships, employer linkages, and technology-enabled rollouts.
- Oversee budgets, proposals, and government submissions.
- Mentor state teams, build capacity, and foster knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Management, Education, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in government engagement, program implementation, and team leadership.
- Knowledge of government schemes and policy frameworks in education and skill development.
- Experience in advocacy, project management, strategic planning, and large-scale education programs.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with MIS systems and vocational/skill development initiatives.
- Willingness to travel extensively within and outside the state.
