Hiring - Manager - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

We are looking for a Manager - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to support the governance, risk and compliance framework of a DIFC-based Cat 3C licensed External Asset Management (EAM) entity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor DFSA/DIFC regulatory requirements and developments.

- Manage compliance calendars, regulatory obligations, risk registers and action trackers.

- Support compliance monitoring, control testing and remediation activities.

- Coordinate internal/external audits, regulatory reviews and information requests.

- Support policy, procedure, risk assessment and control framework updates.

- Maintain audit-ready compliance and regulatory documentation.

- Coordinate with India Group functions and the DIFC entity.

- Escalate key compliance, AML, risk and regulatory matters to the relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of experience in GRC, Compliance, Risk or Internal Audit.

- Strong exposure to DIFC/DFSA regulations is preferred.

- Experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking or EAM is an advantage.

- Candidates from Big 4, consulting, professional services or financial services backgrounds are welcome.

- ICA, CAMS or CISI certification will be an added advantage.
