Summary:

As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the organisations strong global organic search presence. This role requires deep expertise in international SEO, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to identify, prioritise, and execute high impact SEO initiatives. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to implement scalable SEO solutions, drive continuous optimisation, and ensure the business stays ahead in global search performance.

Responsibilities:

- SEO Strategy Development: Build and execute effective global and international SEO strategies.

- Technical SEO Excellence:

- Deep understanding of how search engines and crawlers work.

- Analyse and resolve crawlability, indexation, redirect, and site performance issues.

- Provide recommendations for HTTP status codes, site architecture, URL structures, mobile SEO, and site speed.

- On Page Optimisation:

- Implement SEO best practices for markup, header tags, titles, meta tags, cross linking, and structured data.

- Off Page Performance:

- Oversee link building initiatives and off page optimisation projects.

- International SEO Ownership:

- Manage hreflang strategy, URL structures, TLD considerations, and regional search performance.

- Keyword + Competitor Research:

- Use advanced tools to uncover keyword opportunities, analyse competition, and identify market gaps.

- SEO Analytics & Reporting:

- Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance across regions.

- Define SEO KPIs and translate them into measurable objectives.

- Track ROI and prioritise quick wins alongside long term initiatives.

- Cross Team Collaboration:

- Influence stakeholders, execute SEO plans, and ensure continuous feedback loops across teams and platforms.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of proven experience delivering global SEO results.

- Strong expertise in international SEO, including hreflang, TLD strategy, and multi regional optimisation.

- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with strong ownership and a results driven mindset.

- Hands on experience with SEO, analytics, and monitoring tools such as:

- Ahrefs

- Google Search Console

- Google Analytics

- Other marketing attribution tools

- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

- Proven ability to identify SEO opportunities, analyse problems, and implement scalable solutions.
