Manager - Global Financial Reporting

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Manager Global Financial Reporting to manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements for a large multi-entity organization with domestic and international subsidiaries.

Total Experience: 2 - 8 years

The role requires strong expertise in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), particularly Ind AS 110 Consolidated Financial Statements, along with hands-on experience in group reporting, financial consolidation, and statutory reporting.

The incumbent will work closely with finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for a large group comprising 50+ Indian and foreign subsidiaries.

- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation and reporting process in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS 110 Consolidated Financial Statements and other applicable accounting standards.

- Coordinate with finance teams across domestic and international entities to collect, validate, and consolidate financial information.

- Review intercompany transactions, balances, eliminations, and consolidation adjustments to ensure reporting accuracy.

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities within defined timelines.

- Analyze consolidated financial results, identify reporting issues, and recommend corrective actions where required.

- Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for senior management, auditors, and regulatory requirements.

- Liaise with statutory auditors and internal stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.

- Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes, controls, and standardization across group entities.

- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, governance standards, and reporting timelines.

- Support finance transformation initiatives and implementation of reporting best practices.
