
Position: Business Development Manager / General Manager - Business Development

Job Summary:
The Business Development (BD) professional will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the NCR, UP and Rajasthan market, building relationships with landowners, investors, developers, and corporate clients. The role involves market research, deal sourcing, partnership development, and revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Opportunity Identification
- Identify new project opportunities, land acquisitions, and joint development deals in NCR, Rajasthan and Punjab- 10 acres and above. JV preferred
- Build relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and investors.
- Source commercial, residential, and mixed-use development opportunities.
2. Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research and feasibility analysis for potential projects.
- Track real estate trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in NCR, Rajasthan and Punjab
- Identify emerging development corridors in NCR, Rajasthan and Punjab
3. Deal Origination & Structuring
- Lead land acquisition, joint ventures, and development partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for due diligence and transaction closure.
4. Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Developers
- Institutional investors
- Corporate clients
- Land aggregators and brokers
- Represent the company in industry events and networking platforms.
5. Proposal Development
- Prepare project proposals, financial models, and presentations.
- Present business opportunities to senior management.
- Support decision-making through financial and strategic analysis.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with projects, finance, legal, and marketing teams.
- Ensure smooth transition from business development to project execution.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing / Finance / Real Estate preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 8-15 years of experience in Business Development
- Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or project development
- Strong network in the North India real estate ecosystem
