About the Role:

As a Manager General Ledger, you will oversee multiple teams or a large portfolio, spearheading client engagement, process optimization, change and risk management, and business growth initiatives. Your leadership will be pivotal in strengthening long-term client relationships, ensuring flawless project delivery, and driving continuous improvement across financial processes.

What Youll Do:

- Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, proactively resolve escalations, and maintain timely receivables.

- Ensure all SLAs are consistently met or surpassed, manage smooth process transitions, and uphold project margin targets through close review and monitoring.

- Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency and financial performance, delivering measurable results.

- Mentor and develop future leaders, lead talent acquisition and growth programs, and create a robust succession pipeline.

- Maintain high team engagement, resolve conflicts effectively, and safeguard profitability through strategic cost control and billing accuracy.

- Drive department-wide knowledge sharing and take ownership of key training and development initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

- 12+ years of experience in client relationship management, project delivery, and leading finance teams.

- MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Management or related field.

- Strong skills in client engagement and escalation handling.

- Proven success delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

- Expertise in process improvements, financial performance management (GP margins, billing), and cost optimization.

- Leadership abilities in mentoring, hiring, and team development.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms such as Power BI.
