Manager - Fundraising

Job Description:

Drive strategy, donor engagement, and resource mobilisation for a purpose-led organisation working in ecologically critical landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement multi-year fundraising strategies and campaign plans

- Build and manage donor relationships (national & international)

- Lead grant writing, donor proposals, and ensure timely reporting

- Conduct prospect research and maintain donor databases

- Plan & execute fundraising events, field visits, and campaigns

- Monitor fundraising budgets, targets, and revenue tracking

- Collaborate across teams for content and impact storytelling

- Mentor fundraising staff and build a high-performing team culture
