We are hiring for our client company, a leading company in the social service sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced fundraising strategies to meet annual and long-term goals, cultivating high-value opportunities from CSR, foundations, trusts, HNIs, and philanthropists.
- Lead the creation of high-quality grant proposals and pitch materials, collaborating with internal teams to align with organizational goals and impact metrics.
- Build and manage strong relationships with corporate, institutional, and individual donors, securing multi-year commitments and ensuring sustained engagement.
- Represent the organization at forums and events to enhance visibility and unlock new funding opportunities.
- Ensure timely and compelling donor reporting, compliance, and transparency through robust systems and close coordination with Finance.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the fundraising team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and strong performance.
Qualifications:
- Progressive experience in fundraising, business development, or donor relations, ideally in the non-profit/social sector.
- Proven record of securing large CSR, institutional, or international grants and managing high-value donor relationships.
- Strong experience in corporate fundraising, HNI engagement, and successful grant writing.
- Prior leadership experience in managing and mentoring fundraising teams.
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred, along with experience in vocational education, skilling programs, or government collaborations.
