About:
- Fundraising for AIFs: Lead fundraising efforts for AIF CAT II and other investment products, securing capital commitments (e.g., INR 2-6 Cr per deal) from institutional, family offices and HNI investors.
- Distributor Channel Management: Activate and manage distributor networks by onboarding and nurturing relationships with IFAs, CAs, and wealth management firms to drive investor participation and expand outreach.
- Investor Engagement: Organize and participate in client meetups, BNI meets, and marketing events to promote The Wealth Company's AIF products and enhance brand visibility among investors.
- Financial Modeling for Fundraising: Develop and present financial models, to support compelling investor pitches and fundraising strategies
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed fundraising targets, maintaining a closure ratio of at least 50% for direct and channel partner leads.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with investors and distributors to ensure sustained capital inflow and channel loyalty.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with management and operations teams to develop strategies that enhance investor engagement and streamline fundraising processes.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report fundraising progress, distributor performance, and channel activation metrics to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in fundraising within wealth management or AIF firms, with a focus on securing capital commitments (e.g., INR 50-100 Cr+ in cumulative contributions).
- Proven expertise in managing distributor channels, including onboarding IFAs, CAs, and partners.
- Strong skills in financial and investment analysis tailored for investor presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with high-profile investors and distributors.
- Experience in organizing client engagement events and marketing initiatives to drive fundraising.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of AIF CAT II structures and wealth management products is mandatory.
