Fund Operations Manager - VC Funding company Position: Manager - Fund Ops (AIF) Reporting to: Finance Controller Location: Gift City / Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar Good experience in AIF handling SEBI regulations with CS qualification. Responsibilities of Position include but not limited to: Compliance and Risk: - Ensuring compliance to applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to SEBI and RBI Regulations - Handling Board, shareholder and secretarial compliances including IC minutes and IM discussions - Handling end-to-end Fund compliances including SEBI reporting, RBI filings, FATCA filings, PPM audits, DP compliances etc. - Developing, documenting, and continuously improving business policies and internal procedures in line with industry best practices - Dealing with Regulators such as RBI, ROC for inspections, SEBI audits etc. MIS and Reporting: - Analyzing monthly fund performance and effectively reporting information to the Management - Developing and maintaining investor cash flow schedule along with the Management - Developing and Monitoring compliance calendar as per AIF Regulations and fund requirements including Investor related compliance requirements - Developing monthly forecasting and other MIS and reporting it to the Management. Key Attributes of a successful applicant: - Proven experience of at least 2-8 years in the finance/compliance function of AIF - Champion of various processes within compliance / secretarial function - Attention to detail with ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast- paced environment - Effective Communication skills - Professional Qualification like CS will be considered preferably
