Manager - Fund Manager Support

Key Responsibilities for this role:

- Administration of certain Private Credit funds and mandates.

- Liaison with administrators, custodians, trustees and auditors of the fund.

- Liaison with various internal teams to ensure fund/portfolio details, trades and performance are correctly maintained and reconciled on internal systems.

- Production of fund information for quarterly reporting and other regular reporting.

- Monitoring and maintaining accurate fund/portfolio information including trading cash balances and investment compliance models.

- Supporting new product design and launch, particularly regarding workflow and operating model.

- Assisting Fund Manager to address internal and external investor requests.- Assisting Fund Manager on ad hoc duties.

- Assistance in producing fund/portfolio information requested by the Private Credit client team for use in client meetings and to address investor queries.

- Participate in projects to improve information and reporting for fund managers and clients and assist in the streamlining of operational processes.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Advanced MS Excel knowledge is a must and PowerBI / VBA/ Python experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of Fixed Income or Private Credit products and instruments is required.

- Experience in Fund administration is required and Private Asset Servicing, Trade Processing, KYC, Aladdin is beneficial.

- Confidence & excellent communication both oral and written is a must to communicate at all levelswithin the organisation & externally

- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

- Must be self-motivated with ability to prioritise own workload to meet team and business deadlines.

Experience:

- 4-5 years relevant experience in Fund administration/fund management support.

- MBA in Finance is required.
