Job Title: Fund Accountant - Private Equity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fund Accountant to join our private equity team. The role involves managing the full cycle of fund accounting operations, including calculation of NAV, partner capital allocations, investor reporting, and financial statement preparation. The ideal candidate will ensure timely month-end and quarter-end closings and maintain accurate fund records in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Key responsibilities:

Also include handling capital calls and distributions, preparing investor capital account statements, and coordinating with auditors and third-party administrators. A solid understanding of private equity structures and regulatory compliance is essential.

Requirements:

- 5 years of fund accounting experience, preferably in private equity

- Strong knowledge of NAV, investor allocations, and financial reporting

- Proficiency in Excel and fund accounting systems
