Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large teams delivering fund administration and accounting services.

- Ensure high- quality delivery within agreed timelines and adherence to global accounting standards (UK/US GAAP, IFRS).

- Drive process improvements, automation, and risk- controlled operations.

- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the escalation point for complex issues.

- Oversee compliance, governance, and performance reporting for fund services.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 12+ years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or fund administration.

- Proven leadership in managing large, high- performing teams.

- Strong understanding of private equity or hedge fund structures.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder- management skills.

- Must hold a valid Indian Passport (US/UK visa preferred).

- Flexibility to work in shift timings (1 PM- 10 PM; extended during peak cycles).
