Role Overview:

As Manager - Client Service, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client experiences at Bequest. Based in Mumbai, you will work at the intersection of global private banking, fund administration, and wealth advisory. This

role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with international partners across Dubai, Mauritius, and other financial hubs, while working directly with the founding team on high-impact strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted partner to private banking clients, institutional investors, and asset managers, ensuring seamless servicing across their investment lifecycle.

- Coordinate across geographies-partnering with teams in Dubai, Mauritius, and other global hubs to manage onboarding, transaction processing, and client reporting.

- Work closely with the Co-Founders and CEO on strategic projects, bespoke client solutions, and platform growth initiatives.

- Engage directly with international clients and stakeholders, delivering timely, solutions-driven communication across multiple time zones.

- Support fund operations including NAV calculations, reconciliations, and statutory audit requirements to ensure robust governance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about client success and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Qualification: CA, CFA, or MBA with 2-5 years of relevant experience in fund administration, private banking, or wealth/fund operations.

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach.

- Mindset: Highly dependable, proactive, and execution-focused with strong problem-solving ability.

- Workstyle: Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
