Looking for an experienced Functional Safety Manager to lead and support safety-related activities in alignment with ISO 25119. In this role, you will ensure that products developed, manufactured, or marketed meet applicable safety standards and represent the state of the art throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires strong expertise in agricultural safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Support functional safety activities within projects according to ISO 25119.

- Create, update, and ensure adherence to the Functional Safety Plan in alignment with project timelines.

- Conduct regular project reviews and communicate deviations clearly.

2. Safety Lifecycle Management:

- Facilitate Hazard Analyses, Risk Assessments (HARA), and Fault-Tree Analyses.

- Ensure compliance with the functional safety lifecycle and internal milestone processes.

3. Documentation & Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including Safety Plans and Safety Compliance Reports.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress and safety status.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineering, testing, and product quality teams to integrate safety requirements into the development process.

- Facilitate communication among teams to address safety-related issues efficiently.

- Technical & Professional Expertise

- In-depth knowledge of ISO 25119, ISO 26262, and relevant agricultural safety standards.

- Strong analytical skills in risk assessment and safety analysis.

- Proven project management experience with strong organizational capabilities.

- Solid understanding of development processes and their interdependencies related to product and process maturity.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in functional safety management in agriculture, automotive, or related industries.

- Functional Safety certification (e.g., TV, KTA) is a plus.

- Experience with safety management tools (e.g., FaultTree+).

- Experience with requirements engineering tools (e.g., Polarion).
