Manager - Fulfillment Center Operations

Role Overview:

As an FC Manager based in Mumbai, you will serve as the operational backbone of our fulfillment center, overseeing the end-to-end flow of goods from inward receipt to final dispatch. You will lead high-performing teams on the floor, collaborating closely with logistics partners, supply chain planners, and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Your primary impact lies in driving operational excellence, optimizing turnaround times, and maintaining impeccable inventory accuracy, which directly translates to superior customer satisfaction and the scalability of our regional distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate daily warehouse operations to ensure all inbound and outbound shipments meet stringent service level agreements and quality standards.

- Manage large-scale workforce deployment, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring to maximize productivity and maintain a safe working environment.

- Oversee comprehensive inventory management processes, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage and ensure real-time stock visibility.

- Analyze supply chain bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and enhance throughput efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics discrepancies, ensuring that the fulfillment center remains a reliable node in our national supply chain.
