Manager - Fulfillment Center Operations

1. Manage end-to-end fulfillment center operations, including inbound, inventory, order processing, outbound, and dispatch.

2. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.

3. Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices.

4. Drive productivity by optimizing manpower utilization, shift planning, and daily operational performance.

5. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cold chain, and warehouse SOPs.

6. Track key operational metrics such as productivity, fill rate, TAT, inventory accuracy, and order accuracy.

7. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational and quality targets.

8. Coordinate with procurement, transportation, last-mile, and support teams for seamless operations.

9. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.

10. Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory compliance, and facility maintenance.
