About the Job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Acquisition and Growth:
- Identify, approach, and close franchise partners across targeted regions.
- Develop GTM plans to expand franchise presence Pan-India.
- Build partnerships with entrepreneurs and business owners exploring franchise opportunities.
2. Sales Strategy and Process:
- Design and implement sales processes for franchise acquisition.
- Create SOPs, sales scripts, pitch decks, and closing techniques.
- Track and optimize the franchise sales funnel from lead generation to onboarding.
3. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives for franchise sales.
- Define clear KRAs and KPIs for the team.
- Drive performance through structured reviews and coaching.
4. Revenue and Target Achievement:
- Own and deliver the franchise sales revenue targets.
- Ensure timely deal closures and scale franchise footprint rapidly.
- Collaborate with management to align franchise growth with business objectives.
5. Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor franchise models (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart, logistics/export franchises).
- Recommend improvements in pricing, franchise agreements, and expansion strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise acquisitionpreferably in logistics, retail, courier services, or franchise-driven business models.
- Proven track record in franchise expansion and sales team building.
- Strong understanding of franchise models, contracts, documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong process and execution orientation
