We are looking for a results-driven Franchise Sales Manager with 2+ years of experience in franchise development and edtech sales. The ideal candidate will come from the education technology sector and have a proven ability to drive expansion, close franchise deals, and manage long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and onboard new franchise partners


- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure


- Collaborate with internal teams for partner onboarding and support


- Represent the brand at meetings, presentations, and industry events

Requirements:


- Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise or B2B edtech sales


- Strong knowledge of the education sector and franchising models


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


- Willingness to travel as needed
