About the Venture-

A leading smart grid infrastructure venture building next-generation platforms and products that integrate monitoring, analytics, and mitigation technologies to enhance grid reliability and power resilience across utilities, industries, data centers, and EV infrastructure in India and globally.

As part of the Founder's Office, you will work directly with the leadership across strategy, operations, partnerships, and execution to drive key initiatives for this high-impact energy venture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Planning

- Partner with founders to drive strategic initiatives across power quality, grid modernization, and energy management.

- Lead market and competitive intelligence; synthesize insights into actionable strategy documents and recommendations.

- Shape business cases for new product lines, service models (e.g., PQ-as-a-Service), and expansion opportunities.

- Build internal strategy decks, board updates, and investor communication.

Market Development & Ecosystem Engagement

- Support GTM planning across utilities, industrial customers, EPCs, and OEMs.

- Track policy, tenders, and regulatory developments influencing India's grid stability and PQ adoption landscape.

- Build strategic relationships with utilities, regulators, industry associations, and ecosystem partners.

- Coordinate joint programs, pilots, and research collaborations with think tanks and technical bodies.

Program Management & Cross-Functional Execution

- Drive high-priority cross-functional projects spanning R&D, product, operations, analytics, engineering, and BD.

- Set OKRs, track progress, and ensure alignment across teams.

- Lead POCs, field studies, and customer engagements in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.

- Translate field and technical insights into product/market recommendations.

Special Projects & Business Operations:

- Own founder-level special projects - from new vertical incubation to partnership evaluations and operational workflows.

- Build models, frameworks, and processes to improve operational efficiency and scale decision-making.

- Support fundraising processes, investor diligence, and narrative building where needed.

MBA from a Tier-1 business school (IIM/ISB/Ivy League/global top programs) is strongly preferred.

Preferred Background / Experience :

- MBA from a Tier-1 business school (IIM/ISB//global top programs) is strongly preferred.

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Power Systems, Energy, or related discipline; Tier-1 engineering institution preferred (IIT/NIT/BITS/equivalent).

- 7+years of experience in strategy, consulting, market development, or Founder's Office roles - ideally in energy, industrial tech, infra-tech, climate-tech, or SaaS.

- Entrepreneurship or 0- 1 building experience is a major plus (founding, co-founding, or early-stage operator exposure).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills; ability to build high-clarity narratives and insights.

- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to work across cross-functional teams and drive execution with ownership and urgency.

- Deep interest in energy transition, grid systems, and technology-led industrial innovation.
