We're looking for a high-agency, resilient operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is a role for someone who can create clarity in ambiguity, drive structure where none exists, and work closely with the CEO to accelerate the organization's growth trajectory.
What you'll do:
- Design KPI dashboards and project trackers to drive strategic priorities
- Support high-impact initiatives through research, analysis, and stakeholder-ready materials
- Partner with the CEO to streamline executive operations and ensure follow-through
- Own mission-critical projects from zero to one - from concept to field execution
- Travel to the field when required to ensure on-ground alignment and execution excellence
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytical, cross-functional, or project-driven roles
- Comfortable operating independently and removing roadblocks
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Growth mindset with experience contributing to scaling initiatives or organizational growth
Nice to have:
- Experience in agri-tech, rural development, or social impact
- Exposure to working directly with founders or senior leadership
