- Ensure Kheyti is driving towards it vision: Design project trackers and KPI dashboards to monitor progress of critical projects and objectives; & when required, lean in to support cross-functional teams in driving effective execution and timely achievement
- Add leverage to high-priority and strategic tasks: Support information synthesis, data analysis, material building, and formal writing for key external stakeholders (funders, board of directors, etc.)
- Be the CEO's partner to streamline Executive Operations: Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, address project blockers, and ensure follow through
- Own, lead, and operate mission-critical projects: See projects from concept, to strategy development, to field execution: including research, building business cases, and launching pilot programs.
- Sample projects under CEO purview (all essential for Kheyti's scale ambitions) include designing a model for farmer access to financing; optimizing integration of data in growth & marketing functions; and building a government relations strategy.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, unstructured environments and managing cross-functional projects with high accountability.
- Exposure to agri-tech, rural development, or social impact sectors
