We're Hiring: Manager - Founder Engagement & Events

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from IIMs

Reporting To: Founder / Head of Growth

About the Role:

Are you an IIM graduate who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, organising events, and creating opportunities?

We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial individual to work closely with the Founder and help build a strong community of founders, CEOs, CXOs and business leaders.

This role combines Founder Engagement, Event Management, Relationship Building & Business Development.

What You'll Do:

- Identify and connect with founders, CEOs, CXOs and business leaders

- Reach out through LinkedIn, calls, email, events and referrals

- Build meaningful relationships and drive participation in curated events

- Support the planning and execution of workshops, roundtables and leadership events

- Coordinate speakers, venues, partners, participants and event logistics

- Build relationships with founders beyond the events

- Identify referrals, collaborations and potential business opportunities

- Support LinkedIn and community-building initiatives

- Track engagement, referrals, meetings and opportunities generated

- Experiment with new ways to grow the founder network

- Business curiosity and commercial thinking

- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, calling and direct conversations

- Strong event planning and execution skills

- Ability to manage multiple activities with attention to detail

- Builder mindset and willingness to create something from scratch

Relevant Backgrounds:

MBA/PGDM from IIMs - Consulting/Strategy - B2B Sales/BD - Founder's Office - Events - Marketing/Community Building - IB/PE/VC Internships - Entrepreneurship/Startup Experience - College Leadership/E-Cell/Consulting Club

Prior insurance experience is NOT required.

This Role Is NOT:

- Traditional tele-calling

- Pure event coordination

- Conventional insurance sales

- Back-office relationship management

It is a Founder-facing, high-ownership role combining networking, event execution, business development and relationship building.
