Manager - Founder's Office

- Ensure end-to-end execution of key business initiatives by coordinating across teams - from hiring and deployment to partner onboarding and program operations.

- Act as the connective tissue between business verticals and central functions (HR, finance, marketing, tech) to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

- Track progress against key milestones and hold internal stakeholders accountable to timelines and deliverables.

- Identify bottlenecks early and work with the right people to resolve them before they escalate.

- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into business performance.

- Drive cross-functional alignment on shared priorities across verticals.

- Identify process gaps and work with relevant teams to build systems, playbooks, and SOP's that scale.
