Manager - Formulation Specialist - Pharma

Role Overview:

- Develop and optimize formulations for wet wipes, cosmetic lotions, and personal care products.

- Ensure product formulations comply with USA and European regulatory standards, including customer-specific compliance requirements.

- Manage product stability studies, preservative efficacy, compatibility testing, and product validation.

- Work closely with Quality, Production, Procurement, and Commercial teams for smooth product commercialization.

- Handle troubleshooting related to formulation, raw materials, and production processes.

- Support new product development (NPD) and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure all formulations meet performance, safety, and cost targets.

- Coordinate with multinational customers and internal stakeholders for technical approvals and audits.

- Maintain technical documentation, specifications, and compliance records.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of:

- Wet wipes chemistry and substrate compatibility

- Cosmetic lotion formulation

- Preservative systems and microbiological control

- International compliance and export regulations

- Regulatory requirements for USA and Europe markets
