Manager - Financial Strategy - CA

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Strategy to support the Managing Director in leading financial and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role demands strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive execution in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the stake holder, helping shape and execute key business strategies.

- Lead and oversee financial modeling for business planning, valuation, and scenario analysis.

- Support the Stake holders in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, including deal evaluation, due diligence, structuring, and integration.

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including investors, advisors, and financial institutions.

- Drive fund management activities, ensuring optimal capital allocation and financial health of the organization.

- Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies and capital raising initiatives.

- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and board materials for internal and external use.

- Provide analytical support and data-driven insights to aid strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Should have good experience working as a financial strategy in corporate.

- Proven experience in financial modeling, M&A, fund management, and financial strategy.

- 4-8 years of total experience in finance, strategy, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, and capital markets.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Self-starter with high ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
