Manager - Financial Reporting - eCommerce - CA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead standalone and consolidated financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulations.

- Drive month-end and year-end closures, including GL accuracy, intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation.

- Manage management reporting, variance analysis, and related-party transaction reporting.

- Ensure audit readiness, internal controls, and financial reporting compliance.

- Drive automation and process improvements across financial reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

- CA with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Big 4 experience is mandatory, with strong exposure to financial reporting and statutory audits.

- Proven experience in handling financial reporting for a listed entity.
