Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Professional with strong expertise in Financial Reporting and NBFC regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have 1015 years of relevant experience in preparing Financial Statements (FS) for NBFCs, managing day-to-day finance operations, and ensuring timely statutory and regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review Financial Statements as per applicable accounting standards for NBFCs.

- Lead regulatory reporting including RBI returns, compliance statements, and periodic filings.

- Manage daily finance operations including banking, payments processing, vendor payouts, reconciliations, and cash-flow management.

- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including TDS, GST, and tax filings.

- Drive variance analysis, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

- Prepare and present MIS reports for management, highlighting key financial insights and business performance.

- Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders for smooth closure of audits and reporting cycles.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, preferably within NBFCs or BFSI.

- Strong knowledge of RBI regulatory requirements and NBFC reporting formats.

- Hands-on experience in daily finance operations, tax compliance, and banking activities.

- Expertise in preparing MIS, variance analysis, and financial performance reports.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA/ CMA/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- Prior experience in leading finance teams within NBFCs.
