Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager/Sr. Manager to oversee financial reporting, quarterly reporting, investment valuation, and disclosures for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, preferably from a CA firm or listed company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including quarterly and annual reports.

2. Oversee preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

3. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

4. Perform investment valuations and ensure accurate disclosure in financial reports.

5. Review and approve all financial disclosures, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

6. Collaborate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

7. Develop and implement financial reporting processes and controls.

8. Lead and mentor a team of financial reporting professionals.

Requirements:

1. CA qualification with 3-8 years of experience in financial reporting.

2. Experience in listed companies or CA firms.

3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (Ind AS)
