Manager - Financial Reporting - CA

We're Hiring: Financial Reporting Manager

Gurgaon (Sector 44) | Full-Time | CTC up to - 15 LPA

We are looking for a Qualified CA with strong experience in financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance to manage end-to-end reporting in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements

- Lead statutory & internal audits and coordinate with auditors

- Manage book closures, reconciliations, and MIS reporting

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting & audits

- Strong Ind AS knowledge and ERP exposure
