Manager - Financial Reporting & Investor Relations - CA

About the Opportunity:

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of key finance functions across financial reporting, investor relations, business finance and team management.

This role is ideal for a Chartered Accountant who has strong fundamentals in finance, excellent ability to work with and present numbers, and exposure to a consulting - advisory environment early in their career.

The person will work closely with senior leadership and will be expected to independently manage finance activities while also leading the finance team and representing financial information to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end finance activities including financial reporting, MIS, accounting, budgeting and analysis.

- Manage investor reporting and investor relations, including preparation of financial updates, MIS and investor presentations.

- Work closely with senior management on financial planning, business performance and decision-making.

- Prepare and present financial numbers, business performance and key insights to senior stakeholders.

- Lead monthly - quarterly financial reporting and management reviews.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial planning.

- Ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of financial data and reporting.

- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring effective delivery and controls.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, consultants and other external stakeholders.

- Support statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.

- Drive improvements in finance processes, controls and reporting systems.

- Translate financial data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

- Support strategic projects, business cases and financial analysis as required.
