Manager - Financial Reporting & Consolidation - CA

Job Description :

A leading diversified corporate group is seeking a Chartered Accountant to join its Corporate Accounts team. The role will be responsible for consolidation of financial statements, statutory and regulatory financial reporting, accounting compliance, group budgeting, and stakeholder coordination across group companies. The position requires strong expertise in Indian Accounting Standards, financial reporting, and interaction with auditors while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.

- Perform inter-company reconciliations and support group budgeting activities.

- Coordinate with group entities for financial data collection and accounting support.

- Partner with auditors and assess accounting implications of complex transactions.

- Drive process improvements and automation within the financial reporting function.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Chartered Accountant with 5 - 7 years of post-qualification experience.

- Maximum three attempts in Chartered Accountancy examinations.

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, consolidation, and financial reporting.

- Exposure to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations and corporate reporting requirements.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Candidates residing within Borivali or Thane or willing to commute for an onsite role.
