- 5+ years of experience in a related field (Financial Reporting Advisory), preferably in professional services and/or industry. CA, CFA, CPA with a Commerce would be useful.&nbsp; - He should have worked on IFRS conversion projects;&nbsp; - He shall be responsible to deliver IFRS trainings.&nbsp; - Preparation/development of accounting manuals.&nbsp; - Assist with consolidation tool development.&nbsp; - Application of Tax Accounting standards for preparation of Tax based financial statements&nbsp; - Actively involved in developing proposals/presentations&nbsp; - Ideal candidate should have good understanding and practical knowledge of IGAAP principles and some practical experience of IFRS/US GAAP (the candidate should be able to share some real time examples/instances of dealing with accounting standards)
