Manager - Financial Planning/Reporting & Analytics - Banking/Financial Services

A leading leisure and hospitality company is seeking a Corporate Manager - FP&A Reporting & Analytics to own management reporting, data quality, reporting standardisation and analytics enablement. The role will drive accurate and timely financial reporting, establish consistent performance metrics across management reports and dashboards, and reduce manual reporting effort through automation. The position will partner with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Information Technology and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, decision-ready insights for leadership reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own management reporting and ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness across reports, dashboards and analytical presentations.

- Establish standard reporting definitions, templates and key performance indicator logic.

- Ensure accurate month-to-date, quarter-to-date and year-to-date reporting with minimal reconciliation issues.

- Drive reporting automation and reduce manual intervention, rework and repetitive compilation.

- Strengthen data quality, consistency and governance across financial reporting.

- Partner with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Information Technology and business intelligence teams to deliver reliable analytical reports for management reviews.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management information systems or management reporting.

- Experience in financial reporting, dashboard management, data quality and reporting standardisation.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.

- Exposure to SAP Financial Accounting reporting and advanced Microsoft Excel.

- Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

- Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration qualification preferred; willing to work onsite in Mumbai.
