Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - US Consulting Firm

Our client is a fast-growing US consulting firm focused on US Taxation. As they are expanding, they are hiring for a Financial Planning and Analysis expert with past experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and competition benchmarking to be based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.

- Conduct variance analysis to identify key business drivers and provide actionable insights.

- Analyze financial results, trends, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.

- Benchmark company performance against competitors and industry standards.

- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports for senior management.

- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Key Skills Required:

- CA

- 9-12 years of relevant work experience focused on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with past experience working with cross functional teams.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate well

- A strong team player/interpersonal skills.
